I hung out with my guy-friend on Friday -and- this morning.

I'm still uncomfortable with the fact that one of my friends had a crush on him.

Irrational? Yes.

Anything I'm willing to do about that? No.

It's nice to know I've been a good enough friend to be considered as a girlfriend, but I honestly hadn't thought about him in that way until he asked me out and it's causing me too much grief to wonder how things would turn out between my friendgirl and I.

I know lots of people are married to their little sister's exboyfriend or one of their sorors' exhusbands, even.

I'm just not the type that can do that.

Not even with a crush. -_-

Knock, knock, whistle, wink, wink, nudge, nudge, poke-your-shoulder...

Ever thought about just having a little sit-down with this friend of yours that has the crush on the guy that's been holding your interest to see what's up and possible get her blessing about the whole situation?

It's very seldom an ideal world, but if you associate with the right circles... A few times in my life I've had friends come up to me and ask for my blessing concerning who they date and I've done the same in regards to my own interests. Maybe something like that would clear up your dilemma.
